Pepsico.

Design Lead – defined vision & scaled system across 15+ markets

As UX Strategy Lead in this project, I defined the product vision and scaled a unified design system across 15+ markets, enabling consistent and faster launches.

The new experience drove +18% growth during launch, increased session time by 12%, and boosted 30-day retention by 20%.

Engagement also rose significantly, with 25% more participation in the rewards program and a 30% improvement in store goal completion.

The redesigned platform reduced implementation time by 40%, becoming the foundation for global adoption across all regions.

Redesigned payment receipt used by millions of users

I led the complete redesign of PayPal’s payment receipt, an experience used by millions of users worldwide.

The new design boosted app installs by 1000%, driving stronger engagement after each transaction.

I worked independently while aligning with 9 cross-company teams across Product, Engineering, and Content to ensure seamless delivery and consistency across platforms.

Mercado Libre

Built the WMS from scratch for Latin America’s e-commerce giant, MercadoLibre.

I led the design of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) now used across Latin America for Mercado Libre, one of the region’s largest e-commerce ecosystems.

The product was built from the ground up, tailored to complex operational workflows and company standards to ensure efficiency, alignment, and scalability.

The results were clear: employee productivity increased, and processing time was reduced from 72 hours to 48 hours, from product arrival to sale — a major step forward in Mercado Libre’s logistics optimization.

My creative process

We start by defining the product vision, goals, and success metrics, aligning stakeholders and teams around a shared understanding of the problem and opportunities. This stage ensures that design decisions are connected to business outcomes from day one.

Discovery & Alignment

I lead qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and motivations. Insights are then translated into a clear product strategy, guiding priorities and validating direction before design begins.

Research & Strategy

From concept to delivery, I shape intuitive, accessible, and cohesive product experiences. Using the design system as a foundation, I ensure consistency, scalability, and speed, while balancing usability with visual craft.

UX/UI Design

Together with product and engineering, we test and iterate with real users, refining the experience through feedback and data. I then oversee handover and implementation, ensuring design quality and continuity through launch and beyond.
